I’d keep the review factual but very clear, especially because their messages show how quickly the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. Something like: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from both a hospitality and customer-service perspective. When we arrived, the apartment was literally freezing and did not feel properly clean. Basic amenities you would normally expect in a rental were also missing, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The most frustrating part, however, was the communication. On the morning of checkout, we contacted the host at 10:21 a.m. asking to extend our stay for another night as my wife was sick. We were ready to pay and simply needed confirmation, but did not receive a clear response in time. We waited hoping to hear back, while remaining ready to leave, and ultimately vacated the apartment shortly after 11 when it became clear the extension was not going to happen. Instead of acknowledging the communication delay, the situation turned into a lengthy and unnecessarily confrontational exchange over checkout and an additional housekeeping fee. What could have been resolved with a simple, timely answer became an unpleasant experience. We had genuinely intended to stay another night, but after the way the situation was handled, we chose not to. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and do not recommend this place.

Spartan with a hidden cost

Had to pay double the rate as a deposit on top of the price after already paying for the room- a hidden cost. Do not be fooled by the photos- our view was of a very large Marina building- our sunlight was reflected off it.The place is a maze of appartments with no sense in the numbering, this adds anxiety when you arrive. Place smelt musty to begin with, is spartan, soulless and of brutal, builders grade materials. Instructions to leave the place clean were sent 4 times-completely unnecessary. However the area is really good and the chap who manages it was v helpful. The appartment did the job we wanted it to- a base for the St Tropez marathon. Am sure there are better places to stay in the area. You get the impression that this is one of many appartements owned by the outfit , and that they do not trust their guests one iota.

The location is excellent. You are literally on a dock, on the water. In that respect, you couldn’t ask for more. There were however shortcomings in the actual condo. There was a kitchen, but it lacked quite a bit. No cutting board, no cutting knives, no wine bottle opener, no spatula, etc. Just simple things you would expect to see. A big draw of this property for me was the ability to cook my own meals, it was doable, but very bachelor style. Cutting potatoes and carrots with a butter knife in a glass oven dish was a nightly activity. Paying for parking when each residence already includes parking made the stay more expensive and complicated for no reason. This may be a measure for busy season, but I can’t see how. Overall good, but with some slight tweaks I’m sure it will be much better!

Appartement sympa mais communication à revoir

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse agréable. Le problème a été la serrure qui a joué des tours car la clé ne rentrait pas bien. Le propriétaire a eu la bonne idée de venir à 1h30 du matin pour réparer sans prévenir et sans frapper à la porte. Forcément ça fait du bruit, ça réveille et c'est stressant.

Fruktansvärt!!!

Hemskt! Utifrån bilderna hade vi stora förhoppningar om en mysig vistelse på balkongen och titta på fina båtar, men nej nej! Boendet hade utsikt över varvet! Lägenheten var så dammig och det var småkryp överallt! Inga sängkläder och inga handdukar! Men det var inte det värsta, utan det var fågelbajs på hela balkongen! Det visade sig att det var ett fågelbo på balkongen! Vi ringde direkt till dem som förmedlade om detta och de var helt medvetna om fågelproblemet! Förmedlaren ringde städerskan som skulle bädda sängarna och städa. Det var den otrevligaste personen vi mött! Hon var så arg och otrevlig, sparkade på våra påsar och väskor!!! Hon pratade endast franska som vi inte förstod ett ord men vi förstod att hon var arg! Hon visade fulfingret till mina barn!!! Städningen hon gjorde var att vända på plädarna på soffan och tro det eller ej så satte hon ut 3 robotdammsugare på balkongen som sög upp all fågelbajs och sen tog hon in dem i lägenheten där de släppte av fågelbajs på golvet!! Inte konstigt att det var kryp överallt! Vidrigt! Förmedlaren var tillmötesgående och vi fick tillbaka våra pengar då vi absolut inte kunde bo där. Katastrofboende!!! Kan absolut inte rekommendera detta boende alls!!!!

Tres beau appartement
