Ozone Studio is perfectly set up. The large sunfilled living area leads onto a good sized balcony with great views of trees and through to the Barwon River. A gas logfire warmed our bodies and our souls in the evening. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lavishly equipped with hot tub and twin shower heads in the shower. A great couples retreat!

Everything was as advertised and much more! Ideal for a couple of (older) people! Everything needed was in the Cottage ! Heated floor in the bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine including fresh coffee beans even fresh milk, Bed very confortable with plenty of blankets if need ! Greatly recommended and the host Simon was wonderful and we also were called to feed the lamas and horse ! Fabulous place to recommend !

We booked 2nd time and will be definetely back again this year. Lovely property manager. Thanks for all the little treats we got provided! Amazing house with everything that you need, doesn’t matter in what season you go😉 Love the fresh air and being away from the city life!

A wonderful property located in a serene location. We loved our stay- a short stroll to the beach, stunning sunsets, abundant wildlife, and an easy drive to many of KIs most loved destinations. Plus our pup could come too!

Great house, beautiful ocean views and perfect location. Beach across the road and an easy walk to Semaphore Rd shops and restaurants.
