Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club apartments

Wonderful property, and our penthouse studio was perfect. Lovely sized room with kitchenette, small balcony, large bedroom with comfy sofa and large bathroom. Very enjoyable stay.

Whilst the property was lovely, the host did not clearly explain extra fees and taxes. She offered to change our booking to a 2 bed villa instead of two studios due to room availability. It was not explained that local taxes were 4 times as much for this room. It was also not explained that only 1 parking space was included with the 2 bed villa so we also had to pay extra for a second one. When I expressed disappointment at this, the host simply said that the resort actually changes much more so I had saved so much money. Not a great way to finish a trip with such a dismissive response.

Koolina is our favourite Hawaiian location and the Marriott is the best place to experience it. Highly recommend. Thanks Brandon.
