Barnwell apartments

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable & functional. Very central with good eating options nearby. Only negative was busy Mill Rd at the front. Was ok when the double glazed windows were closed, but loud when open.

The apartment was in a great quiet location and suited our needs with two bedrooms, a main bathroom, and an ensuite, kitchen and living area. Without a car, we caught a taxi to and from the train station. It was a short walk to Tesco for supplies and a very pleasant, longer walk beside the River Cam to the centre of Cambridge. The host, Rebecca, happened to be there when we arrived at the 3pm check-in time and was very helpful with advice.
