Fantastic location near the Delancey-Essex subway station, lots off food shops, bars, and music. Cosy apt with a kitcheonette and amenities. A lovely welcome note and some chocolates on arrival. The virtual help desk and website are easy to access anytime and informative and responsive. The walls seem thin at times, but the team leave you earplugs if needed. I'd recommended for savvy and independent young travelers over families and seniors, who might require more on site personnel, space, or quiet. Overall, a good experience.
