City of Manningham beach rentals

My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with nearby cafes and the tram into the city. Would certainly recommend if staying in Melbourne for a short while!

My family stayed here for an extended period, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Wonderfully appointed, but not in a stuffy inaccessible way, it truly felt I was able to relax and just enjoy our break. Excellent location, wonderful hosts, a privilege to be able to stay

We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. Compact, well designed and furnished apartment. Great location with easy access to attractions, restaurants, bars and public transport.

The property and the ease of check in was superb, three owner was so generous and helpful. It was a privelege to stay in the "grand mansion" in the heart of acland st, what a treat for Xmas!!

Very comfortable and well set up, with informative and helpful hosts. We had a lovely time.

Had some good help from off site reception available by ohine when we had problems unlocking the gate We had a lovely stay!!

Loved the unit, fantastic views of the CBD, port and western Melbourne.
