City of Manningham rentals with hot tubs

Lovely and peaceful property. Very private and quiet amongst the rainforest. The birds came to eat the seed which was a highlight. Spa was great. Close to nearby towns for shopping and coffee

We loved staying, location and the environment created was very special. Had a hiccup getting the keys but that was my fault, the response was excellent and helpful thank you. The apartment is fully equiped with all that you need and lots more, the beds are comfortable, the location was great not far from anything, was lovely to have the balcony and a great view. Would say again thank you for creating such a lovely place Cindy

My bestie and I were very blessed to have stayed here for 4 nights as a mini escape from our high-stress jobs. Absolutely perfect cottage, easy to find in Olinda and central to everything. The cottage is only a short drive from Sassafras, Belgrave, etc. so we were able to go out each day and have mini day trips and then return in the evening.The cottage itself was beautiful, we loved the fireplace and the spa and the views out the windows; we had everything we needed. The balcony was a highlight for me with kookaburras. Pia Tim also made us a beautiful hamper for our stay. Communication was excellent instructions about staying were very clear and easy to understand and follow.Nothing to fault no complaints. Great accommadtion in the CBD MElbournr. Easy access to shops, restrsunts and shows. Apartment comfortsble modern deccor, and great pool to swim in.

Gorgeous accommodation which was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the spa, walks and nearby towns with lovely little shops.

Great location - Loved the night time view and the sunsets from up high.Super convenient for public transport, close to a selection of ok restaurants, and a woolies and shopping mall, and an easy walk to the river, so spent 5 days without needing a car!

Tracey was an amazing host and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and so many little touches that made our stay perfect.Lovely cottage, metres away from Olinda and everything you need and the hot tub was just perfect.

The property was great. We found the location to be convenient and the apartment was bright and clean. There were quite a few book and games provided in the apartment which helped keep the kids entertained. We'd happily stay again.
