Stunning house with everything you could ask for. Panoramic views. Log fire was perfect for a wild weather day. Modern kitchen with all the mid cons. Super comfy bed. Loved our stay here.

Loved the place. Very smart and beautifully furnished. Loved watching the waves roll by. Kakanui is a very quaint little spot. Only issue is that from the photos I thought there was direct access to the beach from the house but that wasn't a problem other than managing expectations. Highly recommend it!

Great annual family retreat property and location

Loved the authentic kiwi Bach overlooking the ocean. This well loved home had everything we needed to cook our own meals, sleep in comfortable beds and enjoy being in a Bach ! We loved being in a quiet rural countryside and enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach and seaside path. Would definitely stay again!
