Fantastic facility, everything you could possibly want and need was available. Beautiful house with spectacular views. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. Lovely view of Middle River and Snellings Beach. Good spot to visit some magic local beaches from such as Stokes Bay and Western River Cove.

Breath taking views from the comfort of an outstanding house, which looks out a magazine. We love the location, very close to the beach which is nice and quiet, perfect for a walk.

We had 3 nights here and it was great. Very close to the beach (easy walk). The owner Ian was great, and couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but this was not the owner's fault. Otherwise our stay was perfect and in a great location if you want to see the whole island.

Such a special place in a beautiful part of the world! Our favourite holiday for a long time. We have booked to come back already!

Our party of 9 enjoyed a well earned 4 day stay at Middle River Guest House. The views alone were worth the trip. The lay out of the house suited us perfectly - heaps of space and everything supplied to make our stay easy. Highly recommended,For improvement - some wardrobe space to hang clothing would be great and coverings at main windows to keep out the afternoon sun.

Fabulous stay - from the location within short walk to beach, spacious & clean accommodation, to the helpful & promt communication from the owner/host. Full kitchen facilities and a BBQ were fantastic. Highly recommend!

We are a family of six from Canada/Australia and this was our first family holiday together for 10 years, so we were looking for an exceptional time ! Kangaroo Island outdid our expectations and it started with walking into our paradise accomodation at Nepean Bay. This outstanding accommodation was like staying in a 5-star resort hotel! Beautifully decorated like something out of a House and Garden magazine ; with all the amenities you could imagine. Privacy for all with en-suite bathrooms; very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with all small appliances you could imagine, even a bread maker. We enjoyed dinners on the outdoor dining area, and sea views for wine and cheese on the front patio. Pure bliss! A big thank you to Kevin, the host, for the pre-call on our preferred bedding requirements and his very informative KI guide and house manual. We also enjoyed time on the kayaks, thanks Kevin. We would highly recommend this property and cannot wait for our next visit to White Shells. We will be back.
