Loved this villa, so huge for a family of 9. I can't rate this property higher. Everything was excellent. Cleaner each day, sparkling clean pool and a full kitchen which we made use of every day. Villa Kibbi is THE BEST.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 rooms and a separate living area, with the most beautiful pool, and incredible staff looking after us, was exactly what we needed to come home to, after busy days in Seminyak. Thank you!

Fantastic villa close to everything in Seminyak. The staff are incredible! Very clean and spacious for larger groups. We had 13 adults and it was a bit of a stretch for available bedding but it would comfortably accommodate 10 to 11. Absolutely LOVED our stay. Highly recommend Villa Annecy.

The property suited us as a family of 4. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs all with bathrooms. The proximity to the main strip of Seminyak is great and basil kitchen is great for value and quality meals - order via WhatsApp and pickup/deliver. Close to great places like coffee cartel and sisterfields. The spa tisya spa across the road is great as well and there are two mini Marts right out the front for all your necessities. Annie who looks after the house is AMAZING and helped us with all of our needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
