Sandpiper Village 1 beach rentals

My partner and I stayed in Princeville for the 5 days we were at Kauai. It was a great location - 5 min drive to the Princeville shops and 10 mins to Hanalei. It was easy to communicate with Kimberlee and she allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very convenient. The house was clean and everything you need for a short stay.

Apartment is comfortable and can be used for even longer stay as has all what needed. The place was very clean The neighbourhood is very nice and convenient distance to the water. Apartment itself is hard to find between all the buildings especially when travelling at night. Curtains are not covering all windows giving not much privacy

It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open for flow thru ventilation. Queen bed, cable TV, internet. No access to beach and no parking at beach. Good shopping centre within 5 minute drive. Princeville nice area.

super cleanly. plenty of towels and bed sheets provided. nice little outdoor area, very peaceful and a safe neighbourhood. 10/10 would recommended
