Modern Island Studio

Shucks. Mahalo. And I'll pass your cleaning complements to the team!

It sounds as though you spent a lot your time in one of my favorite spots on earth, gorgeous Hanalei Bay. I am very happy to host my excellent guests and do my utmost to make everything clean, comfortable and relaxing. So glad you enjoyed your vacation. Kimberlee

Very glad that your stay was great. It was great hosting you!

Aw, my Honest response Is that my guests are the best! And thank you for saying so. I love hosting!

Wonderful! Accomodation is our M.O.! So glad you loved our sweet little spot!

Very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay... and the beach gear! With the world's most beautiful beaches to enjoy, that's a must. Appreciate your review.

Top notch! Thanks for the complements. Yes, in my opinion, a perfect day on the beach requires a variety of toys. Glad you found them fun. I can't take the credit for the great food you found but I have to agree, there are lots of good choices close by.

What a lovely review! I'm very proud of the 'spotless' level of cleanliness that you noticed and we work hard at making everything super comfortable- especially the lanai. It's the bonus room/ dining room/ relaxation area! Communication is something we also take pride in and am glad it was helpful. Thank you SO very much!

I am always so honored when a couple books my nice little place for a honeymoon or anniversary and you were no exception. I will pass along your accolades to the wonderful young lady that helps me with Cleaning.I am so very glad that it was a great spot for you and thank you for your wonderful review. Best wishes, Kimberlee

Making things easy so you can kick back and relax is definitely among my top goals as a host. Really glad it worked out so well for you. Thanks so much for your business.!

Your words left a smile on my face. Yes, I have worked hard at making the place perfectly accomodating and comfortable but clean. Isn't the location perfect? Close to the most wonderful beaches in the world, and some great restaurants and a grocery store just down the walking path. Very glad you enjoyed.

The running/ walking path! Isn't it the best?! All the way from one end of Princeville to the other, and right outside the unit. Sounds like you had a nice evening under the party lights and with the fan to supplement the tradewinds. Thanks for your excellent review. I appreciate it!

Aloha and Mahalo! It’s so easy to be kind and generous to guests, such as yourselves. So glad to hear that you’ll be coming back and I will be giving you a great rate when you do. So appreciate your business! A Hui Hou, (until next time), Kimberlee

Thanks so much! I’m glad my hard work is evident;) very happy you found my home stay comfortable and relaxing. Isn’t that lanai the best? Appreciated, Kimberlee

Thanks so much! Really happy you enjoyed this resting place in between your North Shore adventures! Love hosting my wonderful guests!

Thank you so much for the compliments! I work very hard trying to earn them and I appreciate the positive feedback. You were wonderful guests! Kimberlee

So great that you had a fantastic time. He sure had a lot of adventures and I’m glad the weather was perfect for you.

You are so welcome! So glad that you enjoyed my sweet little Island getaway. Super glad we could extend your stay and that you were happy here! Thanks for your words, Kimberlee

Mahalo Nui (Thanks a lot)! Grateful for your positive words and happy you really enjoyed your stay!

Aloha and thanks for your review. I'll have to pass your great feedback on to my cleaners. They work hard and take pride in their good work:) I am very sorry about the birthday party at the pool! Parties are absolutely prohibited and I don't know how they got away with that except that we just got a new Resident Manager and he may not have gotten the message but he will now:). Yes the ocean views condo's reflect a much greater price but they also deal with lots of mildew. I do have a walking map for how to hike to all the beaches and will include some shorter walks to ocean views at your suggestion. Thanks again! Kimberlee

Appreciate your positive and concise feedback!

Thank you! Glad you found the parking convenient, the location great and communication good. Most of all I'm happy you enjoyed your stay.

Yay for"Best Stay'! Yay for "perfect location!" Yay for recommending our wonderful little piece of paradise. Thanks for the thumbs up!

Oh, so happy that you fun at the beach with all the gear that we provide. And yes, although it’s not a full kitchen, the electric skillet and other small appliances make just about any meal possible. Thanks for your words and come back for a special deal whenever you can make it!
