A great stay was had by all. Amazing location, it leaves the soul feeling fulfilled, and lots of fun activities to do. Hope to be back one day.

We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would revisit.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful weekend away with a group of friends or a large family. Stunning views, comfortable beds, kitchen with all the equipment you could need. It was perfect for 3 couples and a couple of our single friends. Would love to stay again! Highly recommend!

Lots of space, comfortable, quiet and great outlook across the lake. Away from the sulfur smell of Rotorua. BYO toiletries but kitchen is well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid and tablets for dishwasher. Don’t let the poorly formatted slightly aggressive emails from the property manager detailing all the rules put you off. The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was lovely although a little spoilt when we found fridge was off at the wall, oven didn't operate on second evening, and no space for the additional bed provided to sleep (with blinds). Great for a short stay for small family.
