Ideally suited for large groups with children wanting their own space, this home has a second lounge area downstairs with its own fireplace ensuring cosy getaways all year round.

In summer, you’ll no doubt be wanting to get out onto the water. Make use of the kayaks or for those who wish to bring their boat, a jetty is available to use during your stay (please refer to the special conditions). To launch your boat, the nearby Otamarae boat ramp is only a few minutes down the road.

The home is just a short 25-minute drive away from Rotorua where you’ll find shops, cafes, restaurants as well as being a half-hour away from Papamoa. Close by, make sure to visit the beautiful Tutea Falls as well as one of the many thermal natural springs.

As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

Important information regarding boat access.
-Boats and trailers over 5m are not permitted down driveway. Please launch boats at the boat ramp and park trailers at top of drive (bring your own locking system to ensure the safety of your trailer).

- The jetty at the bach is shared so please only use the right hand side.
- Boat trailers can be parked on the lawn.
- No boats can be launched from in front of the property - please use the nearby boat ramp.

There are two kayaks available to use but guests must bring their own life-jackets to access these.
