Middle Park beach rentals

My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with nearby cafes and the tram into the city. Would certainly recommend if staying in Melbourne for a short while!

This place has everything going for it but best of all were the hosts who went out of their way to overcome my technical problems with communicating through the Stayz site.

Mostly ok, great position opposite beach and 2 mins to trams. Modern, comfortable inside with excellent bed/cooking facilities/big screen TV. It is a bit too close to a busy road and traffic noise late at night distracting for those not used to it. For keyless entry to unit, may I suggest in the emailed instructions after the four digit code to add 'then hit enter' rather than just four digits alone. For those not used to an induction stove, a note with stove instructions saying 'stove only works when sauspan is sitting on hotplate' would be useful (stove didn't work with my small espresso coffee maker). Great place to stay, the property was as advertised if not better. Great location in St Kilda just 2 streets back from the beach. Would gladly stay there again the next time I'm in Melbourne

What a great little apartment! I enjoyed my short stay here, the location is perfect, the view from the kitchen window was a joy to wake up to each morning. The location is great, easy to get too via car/uber/taxi . Very clean, comfy bed with bathroom amenities. Heater provided too. Beach and walk paths across the road. Shops down the street to the left only a short walk away. Quiet building, hardly saw anybody, but those I did were friendly. It feels safe. Check in was easy (even though I had a blonde moment ) but the communication through the app was spot on, couldnt fault the help they provided - Thank you! Would easily stay here again!! Highly recommend
