Bilgola Plateau beach rentals

The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is beautifully presented , with impeccable hospitality, amenities and high quality fit out. In addition there is good undercover parking, excellent access to supermarkets and coffee shops and other interesting stores and food suppliers. Our family adored the beach only meters away and the excellent park nd playgrounds for the little one. Yet it was very quiet . Each room looks on to a garden and there is ample light. Our host kindly provided treats like fresh bread, milk honey, peanut butter and cooking oils which were welcome but unexpected delights. The apartment was spacious and the furniture bed ni e. We all slept well. A superb place to enjoy Easter.

Very lovely property with fantastic views

Leafy outlook, sunny and spacious this beach vibe apartment has the feel of a house with all the essentials for a perfect escape to the northern beaches. Only 5 minutes walk to Avalon Beach as well as Avalon shops, this little gem is affordable and practical with a very thoughtful host and great attention to detail. There is space and privacy with off street parking and all the things you need - a comfortable bed with soft quality bed linen; great shower, washing machine and sunny clothesline; plenty of cupboard space, a desk with a view of the trees; a smart tv, coffee machines, tea pot and tea and a good sized fridge. The decor and homewares reflect the local beach atmosphere and were delightful. Close enough to Barrenjoey Road for an easy drive to Palm Beach or Whale Beach but far enough away not to hear any traffic noise. It's a short walk to the shops to discover good restaurants and takeaways as well as all the other interesting Avalon retailers. For a couple this is perfect and if you have a family member or close friend visiting who is happy to share the ensuite bathroom, the lounge turns into a queen bed if required. It suited us well with our children visiting. Fiona is a delightful host and thought of everything. The apartment is very clean and airy. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend. This place is perfect for a stay in Newport. The location was great. A short 3-5min drive to Newport Beach and 10-15mins to Avalon/Palm Beach. Even with the short drive, we often enjoyed walking down the hill to grab a coffee and visit the main street. Nestled in the trees, the place has a great view of Newport Beach and the surrounds. If you get rained out while visiting - the cinema room, beautiful kitchen and vast collection of great books will have you covered. When planning numbers, four people would be very comfortable in the two main bedrooms, two kids or young adults in one room and two additional adults in the bottom bedroom if needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom adjacent so you'll all have space and privacy.
