Beautiful property, everything you could want, peaceful yet close to Yallingyup and Dunsborough. The house has so many zones where you can come together or have your own space, the grounds are an oasis. Will definitely return in the future.

Perfect location, beautifully cared for property (very clean and plentiful resources like glasses and crockery etc) , easy booking and friendly host, this place cannot come more highly recommended. Perfectly situated to explore the region. Comfortably catered for our large group with lots of space for us all. Even comes with its own resident kookaburra who loved to share our dinners with us! A slice of heaven

House was brilliant! A few rules to follow and penalties but understand why, as it should be respected. 8 wonderful days!

Lovely property, spacious and fantastic location for our Xterra adventure. Only recommendation would be a softer mattress as bed in main bedroom was very firm and a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Stayed at Cliff Beach House for a 4-generation family celebration.Traveling with family ranging from 2-year olds to a great-grandma, the house worked for everyone. We really enjoyed how relaxing and peaceful the location was - with ocean views from the balcony for nana to relax and read her book - all within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach with the little ones. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed (and so much more). An absolute gem and my only wish was that I didn't have to leave to go back to work.

Can not beat the location of this property, it is just breath taking! The views of the jetty and bay are just simply amazing and the house has everything you need. Some things I found as we have stayed here a couple of times now… The king size bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable on both occasions, the bathroom had a bit of mold in the shower and basin and the floors Could do with a good mop. Other than that it was pretty close to perfect!

Very well located for dining and shopping.
