The property is amazing. Very much as per the photos. If anything it feels larger. The unexpected bonus was the service. Pak, the villa manager took incredible care us. Great breakfasts and organised everything throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Check in was a breeze and the staff were lovely. The villa is in a wonderful location right on the beach, right next to Icon shopping mall and within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. We had loads of space to spread out in and the kitchen had every single thing you could possibly need (if you choose to cook). Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The house is enormous with amazing views of beach and countryside. The staff are helpful and worked very hard to make our stay the best it could be. The house is very close to the ocean and beach is not suitable for swimming owing to it being rough - but the sparkling pool is really excellent and so clean.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the team, we had dinner cooked for us one night, which was the best thing we did!!

Fantastic layout and location. Between beach and main road

We booked to stay in Ibu villa but actually ended up next door in a Bapak villa. They have the same layout but based on photos different furnishings and garden. Batak garden was very green/tropical and just beautiful- an oasis! The pool is a great size and temperature. The villa was homely and very comfortable like being at someone’s home. They are very central. Everything is on your doorstep, located on the driveway just inside the security of the hotel Griya Santrian. There is a bar next door that had live music nightly but it finishes about 10pm. I would definitely stay st these villas again. Bargain price for what you get.
