We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. Spacious, clean, very comfortable, relatively quiet, private and well maintained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We have family in Albert Park we visit at least once each year. This is the first apartment we’ve stayed in that we would want to book again next visit. The location was perfect for us - easy access on foot to family and by tram to the city and everywhere else we wanted to go.

We stayed in this beautiful loft for our anniversary weekend and it was perfect! It was clean, cozy, welcoming and romantic. Everything was so close and the tram was pretty much out the front. Secure parking and a PIN code for the door eliminated any stress about loosing keys at the beach. Great communication, very informative, kind, helpful and marco was just a text message away if we had any questions. A weekend was not enough time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thanks for having us, We would definitely stay here again

Great home, nice neighbourhood, parks and shops within walking distance. Loved the photos about. Personalised the home. Was a few disappointing parts. Back yard overgrown. Path almost grown over. Broken couch cushion zip in front bedroom and stuffing hanging out and stained doona in same room. Sheets covering but yuk! One of three toilets had broken seat and no proper bowls for meals just 2 ceramic ones I seemed to wash out regularly,for everyone to use. Rest of kitchen very well stocked with anything you may need. So maybe bowls have gone missing over time.Big appliances, stove, fridge, etc. beautiful big master area upstairs and that bath is huge!! Our daughter plays piano so enjoyed the one in the office .But overall quiet, We did love the house regardless of the few issues and would definitely stay again. Ideal spot for a family getaway.
