The house which backs directly onto the beach is comfortably furnished and accommodates 6 guests in 3 generous sized light filled bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and a separate third toilet. Downstairs the European style kitchen has quality appliances including a dishwasher and there is ample living and dining space with air conditioning and heating.

The large comfortable living/dining area has large sliding doors than can open up onto a north facing patio that has outdoor couches looking across the bay to the You Yangs, a 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Bed linen and towels included at no extra cost but please bring your own beach towels.

You can stroll along the beach track into town or it is only a short drive away.
