Kensington beach rentals

The apartment is located at the rear of the estate so provides a quiet escape away from daily hustle and bustle. It is also close to the light rail stop on Alison Rd and very close to centennial park and Entertainment Quarter Clean and tidy and warm apartment - perfect for winter. My sister, daughter and I had a lovely week staying here.

Always enjoy the stay at any Meriton location. I admire the quality in the admiration of the settings & staff. Get to really enjoy myself alone.... feels like owning a palace for a day!!!! The room with the inclusives like my own bath, washing machine, fridge , television, cable tv, balconey etc etc REALLY LIKE IT

Loved it, the unit was equipped with everything I needed and could easily have catered for a much longer stay with the well setup kitchen. The bed and lounge, unfortunately, were not particularly comfortable given they are both fold outs, but they weren't uncomfortable either. Everything seemed like it was quite new and well maintained. It was also very clean. My only real complaint if I had to pick something is just that the garage is unbelievably tight. I was there with a Nissan Pulsar and had to do a 3 point turn to get up the ramps and a 3 point turn to get out the exit. I would not want to be there with a bigger vehicle at all, it only just cleared the exit even with the 3 point turn! Wifi was also a bit on the slow side. The room was however notably quiet considering the location.
