Studio in good location for basic stay

This studio is in a good location accessible to shop a short walk into randwick and plenty restaurants just around the corner and just a 20 minute walk to coogee beach, with buses very accessible. It is not the cleanest and did have a very musty smell on arrival and is very dated but has plenty utensils etc in kitchen along with spare bedding and towels. no air con or anything but there was a small heater that we didn’t need. There is wifi although we found it not too reliable and tv with Netflix etc. Overall quaint place and not too bad but maybe needs an update.

Beautiful apartment in great location

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The property is a very large, elegant studio. The open floor plan of sleeping, living and cooking in the same area is arranged in such a way as to feel spacious and almost like two separate areas. It has beautiful hard wood floors, is nicely decorated and very abundantly stocked with well-loved high-end cookware and service ware. I was able to cook many a nice meal here. There is ample space for entertaining a few friends. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and has a beautiful view over a green space. It feels like a home, and the neighbors are very nice. The owner was easy to work with and installed Wi-Fi when I said I would need it for my work. Easy coin-op laundry. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay, short or long-term. A block and a half from Randwick village, less than 20 minutes walk to the beach and a bus to the city is two blocks away. Highly recommend.
