We had a small family reunion here and it was perfect. Everyone from my 23 year old son to my 88 year old mother loved it. Great location. Charming comfortable house. Really feels like home. Enough space for all of us to be together when we wanted and still have some privacy. Sitting on the porch or on the little deck overlooking the beach was magical. Would love to come back. The north shore has enough things to keep you busy without losing the read holiday vibe. Communication can be a little unreliable through the VRBO website but that’s no fault of the owner.

Just steps away from a beautiful, private beach, this place also has everything your group needs to make the most of your trip - beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, floats, beach towels, grill, a well-equipped kitchen with kids tableware, a gated and beautiful lawn, etc. It’s just minutes to North Shore hot spots as well. Our group had toddlers and teens and everyone had a great time. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well.

Tim and Maggie’s house was a perfect place for our family. Beautiful house with lots of amenities right on the beach.

Brenda has probably the best property available to rent in the Hawaiian Princess complex. Well furnished and appointed for self contained living. The location is wonderful. Being away from the busy part of Honolulu and Waikiki. Fantastic beach. Quiet, yet possibly the best beach on the island. Brenda was an excellent communicator and helped make the holiday smooth and easy. Highly recommend you to holiday here.
