We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We found it to be a luxurious house with gorgeous bedrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge areas. We really appreciated the comfort of ducted heating, off street parking, ensuite and main bathroom. The host was friendly, easy to contact and so prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. We'll be visiting again!

Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch.

Whether enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the scenery made the entire experience feel serene and unforgettable.For anyone looking for a tranquil getaway, surrounded by natural beauty and warm hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here in the hills. House was cozy and very clean. Had everything the hosts said it would. Great living space and everything worked perfectly. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our four night stay at Ashton retreat. We found it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the established extensive gardens around the retreat.The little touches made it special-a full fruit bowl, fresh milk , a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh coffees and a variety of teas etc. Kate and Andy were very welcoming - - thank you for the delicious homemade berry jam and fresh homegrown rhubarb. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.
