Rosedale rentals with hot tubs

Great location close to beach and local shops.. had everything we needed with a family of teens .. wifi and Netflix Stan .Would definitely recommend this great property .. thank you

We had a wonderful time at Mugeoundra Farm with family and friends. The host Emma and Rob are super friendly. We enjoyed spending time at the river paddleboarding,fishing and swimming. The property had lot of play equipments for kids to play on the front grass. We saw many seals in the river early morning.Will definitely recommend for family with kids who loves animals and water activities.. Also very close to beaches and Morouya town.

Mogendoura Farm is a lovely place for a get away with the family. Emma and Rob are wonderful hosts and their love for the area and animals is infectious. My teenage daughter now dreams of one day living on a farm like Mogendoura. The cottages are cosy (especially with the fire going) and the shared BBQ/fire pit area are great for having dinner, toasting marshmallows and enjoying the view. Moruya is a short drive away, where you can pick up supplies, or grab a bite to eat and enjoy the beach.

We had an extremely enjoyable six day family get-together with 4-5 adults and our dog. The house was exactly as described and better. We found the house extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The house was well presented inside and out. Open planned Very well equipped large kitchen and dining area adjoining family room which had very big tv and lots of comfortable sofas. All beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Outside covered eating area and big backyard for kids and dog. Neighbourhood was always quiet. Five minute walk to a large uncrowded beach, large dog beach. Five minute walk to nice cafe. Two coffee machines, a large Barista Expresso machine to make a fresh ground coffee and a pod machine. Very good wifi, Netflix on all three tvs. The adjoining new National Park beach walk starts a few minutes from house and within half an hour of a scenic nature hike you have access to several beautiful deserted beaches. Batemans Bay Aldi, Woolies and Coles and restaurants are less than a 15 minute drive away. We had absolutely no complaints throughout our stay. Tim and Deb were great hosts who communicated quickly when needed. Very highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our Christmas break here. John was very attentive from the moment we booked. The house was so spacious for myself, husband, four children and my parents. We had all we needed and the proximity to the beach and local attractions was a bonus. I have mobility limitations so the ramps for entry and accessible bathrooms and rooms was great. Loved the wraparound porch and we spent a lot of time just unwinding and enjoying the views across to the mountains. There is a big flight of stairs up to the kids rooms but they loved being tucked away and having their own space to retreat to. The ability to do our laundry and clean up well after beach trips was a bonus. Highly recommend for large families.

Lovely property close to the beach.

Our entire family had a great week at Skyes house. 15 of us in total! Loved the smoker and we cooked up a brisket feast one night which we bought from the very convenient butcher across the road. Scott was quick to respond to any queries and was very helpful.
