The view across north Broulee is stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. Great place to stay.

Great place in a great location

Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean and well appointed and we really enjoyed the decked areas. The only suggestion would be to update the upstairs bed mattresses and the large upstairs couch.

Perfect getaway

This house was an ideal base for a family holiday. With ages ranging from 4 to 79, everyone was delighted with the property. The location is sublime and the inclusions in the home were so thoughtful. The host was excellent, helping us out when we accidentally left our kindle behind!

Gorgeous spot

Our first visit to stunning Broulee was made all the better by the unparalleled location of this lovely house. It is literally across the street from a great stretch of beach and the views from the living area are fabulous. The house has everything you could possibly need and is spacious but still able to be cosy on a winter’s eve. The host has ensured it’s an easy, pleasurable stay. It would be our choice for sure if we come back again.

Great house and location

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Michelle (host) had great and quick communication and also accommodated an early check in and late departure time for us. The booking process and check in at the house was all super easy. The house itself is great - great spacious living area, great downstairs space, great backyard, fantastic deck out the back and the front with really lovely views. I loved our stay here - my daughter loved the back yard and the day bed on the back deck and I loved the sunrises from the front. The location to the beach was second to none - it is literally right there. We definitely hope to return and stay again soon.

Beautiful Broulee Island View

A lovely house in a spectacular location. We had such a great mini break. This is our second visit here and we will definitely be back. The view of the sunrise across the bay as you open your eyes each morning is divine.

Location can not be beat

Fabulous house in a fabulous spot- watch the ocean from the front and birds in the back. The house is very well appointed and had everything we could have ever needed. Great location, easy stroll to North Broulee, Broulee Island and South Broulee beaches. We ordered linen from the service recommended by Michelle which made the trip extra easy and enjoyable. Loved our stay and did not want to go. We recommend the local brewery if the weather is nice and getting some seafood from the little shop near the Tomakin service station- the prawns were great!

My husband grew up in Broulee and he still has family and lifelong friends living and returning to the town. We wanted to offer our children the opportunity to come together with friends and family (as my husband has) and so in 2004 we managed to buy our house. Renovation has been gradual with every effort made to retain a holiday feel. We live in Sydney at the moment and come down often to spend time with friends and family.
We hope you enjoy visiting our most favourite place in the world. Welcome!
