Alii Kai rentals with hot tubs

This Princeville unit was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and tidy and had well stocked kitchen ware and equipment cupboards. Our only problem was that we could hear every footstep and chair scrape from the unit above us, along with their voices if they spoke loudly. Luckily they left after a couple of days. Also, we didn’t realise there were two pools, and ended up getting locked in the wrong one!

We loved the apartment, it looks just like the photos. The kitchen had everything that we needed, good washer and dryer, nice bathrooms, we really could not ask for more. The lanai is extra special with an uninterrupted view of the ocean, watching the (very brief!) rain come in and the sunsets were a highlight. We also found the beach chairs / snorkels / beach umbrella etc very valuable, there is all the stuff you need for a great stay. The Princeville estate that the apartment is located within is a very beautiful place and well located for everything that the North Shore offers, it also has a shopping center with a supermarket and some excellent little shops....the icecream place alone might be enough to get us back to Kauai.

It was 15 minutes to Hanalei, 20 minutes to Kapaa. Such easy access to restaurants, great shops, and beautiful Hanalei beach. Well set up full kitchen so we cooked at ‘home’ a couple of nights. TV was too complicated/ unfamiliar for us (from another country). Lovely quiet private outlook… recommend.
