This complex is centrally located near golf, shopping and walking paths. Lounging around the pool, or just cooling off while the kids play in their own little pool, paradise awaits you. We supply beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler at no charge. After a full day of fun, you can soak in the hot tub then grill a fine dinner. Relaxing on your own lanai, with the ocean in the distance, completes a perfect day as you watch the sunset.
When you come home from your daily adventures (parking could not be closer), you will enter your newly remodeled "home away from home." Inside you will find a living space that has been renovated from top to bottom. Relax in elegant comfort with new tile floors throughout the living area. Newly carpeted bedrooms await, each with an adjoining bathroom. Bathroom updates include new custom cabinets, granite countertops and more.

Wonderful Stay in Princeville

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It also had a pool with a hot tub that we enjoyed and there were 4 Weber gas grills that were clean and well maintained. Nearby beaches were great as well. We would go back again. We had a great stay on Kauai.

Great place to stay!

Loved our stay here! The pool is just out the front door which made using the grill easy for us. Pictures in the listing are accurate to the condo. Close by grocery store and restaurants, just a short drive to Hanalei town too! Perfect lodging for our group of 4.

Ok for price paid

Found place to be a bit dated and noisy. Roosters crawling keeps you awake starting 4am and it was difficult to shut close windows due to broken handles. Although the place is at a convenient location won’t stay here in future trips.

Great location

Location was great to access the north shore. Easy parking and even a great pool area within walking distance. No outdoor shower but a great patio to wash off with a hose. Quick communication with owners

Very comfortable and well equipped

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and were very happy with our accommodation. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have all you would need. The master bed was very comfortable. We could see the ocean from the patio although it was a ways off. The property is in a beautiful location.

We had great weather during our stay. The condo was very nice. Parking close and pool close. Very easy to go through the renting process. Ate at some great restaurants in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kapaa.

Wonderful Kauai vacation

This property was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could use improvement is the carpeting in the bedrooms. It’s seen better days and in the tropics would be better not to have carpet at all.

Fine, not amazing

Our three-night stay as a family of 4 at this condo was fine, but not amazing. The condo had a couple of issues (one toilet not working properly and one light/fan glitching causing the light in our kids’ room to turn on repeatedly). The property manager was great - very responsive and happy to help get issues fixed. The fixtures were also dated and that combined with location, lack of a/c (which meant windows needed to be open at all times and kids were woken by roosters at night (not a unique issue)) left us feeling like it wasn’t worth what we paid for it. Next time we stay in Princeville, we’ll sacrifice the partial ocean view for closer proximity to Hanalei.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was amazing. Since the island is so small it is a beautiful place to make home base. Condo was perfect for 4 adults. Very comfortable. Supermarket in Princeville is just minutes away for any food need. Best dining experiences were - Tahiti Nui restaurant for sit down dinner and L&L Hawaiian bbq - for box lunch/dinner. Both in Hanalay Bay. 10 minute drive. Overall - we give our stay a 10 out of 10 !

Beautiful property

Condo was very clean and just like the pictures. Very relaxing on the north side of the island. We had the windows open night and day letting the nice ocean breeze come through. The kitchen didnt have a lot of spices but we left some for the next guest. 🙂🙂🙂 Kitchen was well equipped I really like that they had tubberware most places dont have tubberware. Lots of chickens! Had an amazing chill time here. Thank you

Great Princeville location near the cliff seeing the Ocean

We've been in Princeville multiple times now. The place is nice for a family stay, with multiple children. It is not a long walk towards the edge of Princeville where you get a great Ocean View of the northshore of Kauai. Also great kitchen, fully stocked spice cabinet and complementary coffee. This unit is phase II of Alii Kai, so a bit newer than the Ocean View units. Although real estate agent tells me the better locations correspond to older development. The only downside is chicken start cooing early in the morning, so that might wake you up.

All amenities on the cheaper side. Sheets were very poor and lowest quality. Pillows were uncomfortable and extra ones had no pillows covers. Toilet paper not stocked. Cheap toaster wouldn’t hold one slice of bread. Some window openers broken and didn’t work. Lighting horrible in bathrooms and bedrooms. Would not stay here again. Not enough laundry detergent to wash the towels they expected us to.

Good stay in Princeville

Property was as advertised. Good location. Drama free (always welcome)! Beach equipment availabilty was hugely appreciated. Furniture is a little dated (didn’t really bother us frankly). The only ding is the lack of A/C which was clearly communicated. It could get a little warm at night but the bigger issue was nighttime noise from the parking lot and the roosters in the morning. Just kind of amplified it because all the windows had to be open. All in all would not hesitate to recommend.

Princeville Possibilities

This condo is in a great location with a pool and hot tub just steps away. The condo is in reasonable condition but the 2 bathrooms need work. Both tubs are in terrible condition and it’s hard to believe in this day and age people have not installed low flush toilets. We also found some of the pillow covers had mildew on them.. The final thing I found odd was that in the picture of the outside storage area where there were beach chairs etc., it showed golf clubs. There were none, rather miss leading. So all and all not bad but could use a little attention to details.

This place was so well stocked! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home and really enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub were nearly empty all week, so we had what felt like a private pool. Property was well maintained, great location in princeville with easy access to beaches and Halanalei Bay. As others have said, the birds are very friendly.

Location of room was good and pool snd jacuzzi access was great along with filtered water. Without AC we were required to purchase a larger fan to cool off the master bedroom and the sun facing room with twin beds was a hot humid box each night. I would love to return, but without air conditioning there’s no way that I could endure seven more days in the humidity of the apartment. But overall, it was a good vacation and loved the back porch .

Great location. Just like the pics. Kitchen well equipped and the pool just a short walk across the parking lot. Used the toys to go to the beach. Had a problem with the door lock (electronic so these things happen) but Kristin was there to work on it literally within 5 minutes. Lock was replaced. Would stay there again.
