Find rentals with hot tubs near Fort Clinch State Park

This property is immaculate and in a great location. Even though Fernandina Beach is beautiful we did encounter a bit of hostility from year round residents, both within the complex and in the community. They make it very well known they wish for the vacationers to stay away. It wasn’t just being unfriendly; it was hostile. It appears most in the area are retirees and really wish for it to become more of a retirement community as opposed to a vacation spot. Our neighbors received a note on their door about their children (we NEVER heard them), we tried to utilize pickleball courts at a local park and were basically told they were for locals, we were told by a person while getting ice cream that she thought there was an ordinance against weekly rentals AND we had an emergency and had to leave quickly and were lectured by a full time resident in the complex about where we parked. The beach and condo are wonderful, the hostile atmosphere not so much.
