Welcoming, cosy, and extremely well maintained studio with access to a beautiful spa, sauna and fire pit for the ultimate getaway. Close enough to the city for easy access but far enough away to provide a lovely sanctuary. It exceeded our expectations. We want to come back!

Amazing property, would highly recommend to others.

A lovely, well appointed new property with plenty of space for 6 adults. Our host was most accommodating and prompt in her responses. We attended a football match at UTAS which was a short walk from the house. Easy walk into town as well, with a shopping centre (Coles, Kmart etc) just around the corner. If you are a light sleeper and do like a sleep in beyond 7am (weekdays) you may find the noise from the local Mitre 10 an issue. Thanks again Sarah

Thanks for a great stay in Launceston. The location of the property was perfect for our family. Walking distance to Cataract Gorge, great for a quick evening swin, or bush walk. Short drive to city, cafes and attractions. Clean, modern property.

This was my second visit to the Villas, having really felt comfortable the first time. The second was just as good, will be back next time I'm in Launceston.
