The property was great. We found the location to be convenient and the apartment was bright and clean. There were quite a few book and games provided in the apartment which helped keep the kids entertained. We'd happily stay again.

We were in Melbourne for a tenpin bowling tournament and this was the ideal place for us to stay. The house was exactly what was on the site and it was fantastic. The pool table was very popular when we had the time and the little welcome touches were unexpected. I would recommend Brightside as a place to stay very family friendly. Thank you Vim and your team. Excellent service from manager - met at residence and helped through the entrance/exit procedures. Accommodation of two bedrooms/two bathrooms with an "office" nook was perfect for the two of us. We would/will use the apartment in the future.
