About this property

The Collingwood house

Modern stylish architecturally designed house with two bedrooms and a chic modern bathroom, well designed kitchen with island bench top, under bench stools and a butler’s pantry.
The comfortable lounge includes a large three seat tan leather couch and single tan leather easy chair, a large wool Persian rug, Smart TV with Netflix and wifi internet.

We have a landscaped court yard and north facing back yard including outdoor furniture to enjoy.

We also have a wine fridge with a few wines to buy, reverse cycle air con, double glazed windows, lambs wool blankets, wine glasses, electric stove and oven , dishwasher and oil heaters.

It’s a very cosy well equipped space close to all the action and only 3 mins walk to Victoria Park Train Station, 7mins to Smith St and close to great pubs, bars & restaurants and only 9 mins to the city by train !

Comfortable and easy

Perfect spot for everything you need and a comfortable stay even in winter. Sean was a wonderful host and offered us maximum comfort for our stay. Definitely recommend this place

Why they chose this property

The scene is very dynamic and diverse. We are home to some many pubs, restaurants, cafes, bars and other interesting things.
Victoria Park football ground, the former home of the Collingwood Magpies AFL team is a few mins walk, as is the Collingwood Children’s farm, the Abbotsford Convent and Dights Falls. the Merri Creek and Yarra trail.
We are about 9 mins train ride to the CBD or 7 mins walk to the magic of Fitzroy also. We have something for everyone.
