Thoroughly enjoyed our five nights stay in this beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Definitely five star facilities throughout. This is one of the best places we have stayed in on our extensive travels.

We spent a week in this cottage. It was everything we could have hoped for- and more. It was comfy, warm, and perfectly placed. We will be back for another stay next time we visit the UK.

Cliburn Signal Box is not only a unique place to stay, but is located in beautiful countryside. Gavin was easy to liaise with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not far from Penrith, we felt the Signal Box offered the best of both worlds, the convenience of local amenities and a great location.

Pretty rural location not far from Kendal, with early access to all the supplies for your stay.

This place is full of ambience. I loved the colourful tiles and beautiful mugs, ceramics and paintings. Even the quilt cover was an artwork. The place is comfortable and really well equipped. It has Netflix and a new gas-powered log fire. Fran also generously left wine and delicious shortbread. An enjoyable place to stay.
