Very clean, warm, comfortable and cozy. Conveniently walk to King Street shops with lots of dinner food choices.

We stayed looked around shopped, got some great directions from hosts.

Amazing host, goes that extra mile. So much attention to detail, with all the amenities you'd need.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. Would easily come back again. We planned to go out multiple times but decided to stay in because the house is too nice to leave.

The property is well located only 8 mins out of Hobart, clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay and quiet in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and both rooms are good sized. Lovely views over the Derwent River to the Tasman Bridge. Would be more than happy to return for another stay.

The view was stunning, the house was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. A very enjoyable place to stay.

The property has everything we needed. Was in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to town. Beautiful architecture and just a short walk to the water.

Lots of nice little touches. James was communicative and helpful. We were visiting family in Sandy Bay so the location was perfect for us.
