Even tho it got to -6 one night the house was still nice and cozy!Full facilities, comfy bed and nice spacious bathroom.Very conveniently close to town, walkable distance to pretty much everything in town.Pauline was very informative and friendly :)

This property is situated in a residential area but is a short drive to the town centre and Caroline Bay. It is a large home and is comfortable and cosy. The hosts had the fire set for us with plenty of firewood which had been brought inside for us. The kitchen is well equipped and there were a number of essential supplies available to use. The hosts had kindly left us biscuits and offered we use any herbs or vegetables from the garden. The kitchen has a little wear and tear but this is not an issue. There is a lovely patio where you can sit and enjoy the gardens. Parking is available in close proximity to unload bags. Our stay was very enjoyable and I recommend this property to those who are looking for a home to stay in. So much more than a motel!

The home was very comfortable and the bath amazing. A bit of a drive to get supplies, got excellent steaks at Geraldine butcher thought.

The view is beyond belief.. stunning. So is the environment. It was backed up by a level of care and attention to detail that many could learn from. The rooms were warm (important for folk used to a warm climate ). The bed was super comfortable, there were lots of pillows, extra covers.. There was a good coffee machine. Everything worked. There were well written instructions to everything. Would highly recommend.

Kat was an amazing host who was more than accommodating. Bringing us extra fire wood for our fireplace and then a slow cooker down for me to cook my stew. Great location across from the water and close to major shops. Very warm, homely home
