Carlton South oceanfront rentals

Beautiful apartment, great location excellent if you want to be close to the CBD. We had a small issue during the stay but the way it was handled by the Property Manager was absolutely amazing and we would certainly stay again and recommend the property to anyone.

The property was exactly as advertised, beautifully furnished, clean and more than comfortable for longer stays with all the amenities available within the studio loft. Key pickup was no issues, however concierge did not give the clearest directions on how to get to the designated parking spot. Would not recommend for larger vehicles as some very tight corners to get into the north end of the car park. The loft is very conveniently located near Woolworths, tram stop right out of the front, and plenty of places to eat being so centrally located. We will definitely be coming back to stay for longer as we only got to indulge for a weekend!

2 adults, 2 kids under 12 shared this wonderful 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The views are fantastic and apartment has all you need for a great stay. Kitchen with saucepans and utensils, microwave and stove/ oven for cooking meals to savs money. Beds were comfortable with rain maker showers, very good. The method and location of getting key unusual but well passed on with photos of location and how to get key. Bit different but works well. There is a beautiful infinity pool on 6th floor, a must do. Owner very responsive with messages i sent. Overall, a great stay in location near theatres, trams, trains (7 min walk to Melbournecentral). Near major hospitals too if you were staying to visit. . The property was great. We found the location to be convenient and the apartment was bright and clean. There were quite a few book and games provided in the apartment which helped keep the kids entertained. We'd happily stay again.

Great communication with the host / very reassuring. A wonderful property - which gave our family a ‘home base’ very close to Melbourne CBD / Lygon Street, and also ‘residential’ / relaxed with an amazing outdoor area. All the amenities you could wish for. To sit outside each morning in absolute security / peace was relaxing.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Location was excellent, great views, very nice and neat. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet retreat close to city and Carlton restaurants just around the corner. Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and everything you need.
