Highland oceanfront rentals

The house was great and one of the best holiday rentals we have ever stayed in- very quiet location and easy drive to many tourist destinations; very clean and everything you needed was on hand - all comforts of your own home ; very spacious ; and communication with the owner was excellent.

This place is amongst the favourite places we have ever stayed. The apartment is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and warm and cosy. The location is stunning and peaceful, and within walking distance of a fabulous, characterful pub. The hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cúil at Thistles on Skye and would stay there again in a blink, we loved it!

Everything about Carbreck was great. The location afforded fantastic views in almost every direction and the facilities were great. There is no wi-fi but that can be a big positive. Though mobile data was possible if you really wanted to contact with the outside world. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Knoydart Cottage, the cottage itself is very homely and the view is spectacular. The kids had a ball exploring the garden, although we encountered a few ticks, so do keep an eye out. The convenience of the Duisdale Hotel literally being next door was great for the nights we couldn't be bothered cooking dinner. A beautiful part of Skye, Armadale Castle down the road is also a must see, fabulous play area for the kids. Highly recommend 👌

Our stay at this property was just what we needed after a busy week of being in the city. The location, thoughtful touches and overall ethos that Nadia has created is amazing. Will absolutely stay again

A wonderful spacious house So clean, stunning views and 2 bathrooms what more could you want.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this incredible Croft , I only wish it could have been longer. Everything is extremely well appointed. The space is well set out and has a welcoming feeling. The bed is comfortable and you’ll have a great night sleep and wake up to the most lovely view of Loch Ness from your window. Actually there is a view of the Loch from every window. There is a trail that runs up hill at the back of the property which gives you an amazing aerial view of Urquart Castle. Unfortunately this croft would not be suitable if you have mobility issues due to the internal stair case. The only other thing that wouldn’t go astray is a small washing machine just when you have been on the road for a while. You will love this place. Thank you Simon for being a gracious host.

This accommodation was wonderful for families. Good location for exploring the area.
