We had enjoyed our stay The Beach Cottage in Rye. The house is relaxing,cozy, close to the shops and Hot Springs.The kitchen have everything you need for cooking y BBQ. We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

Anthony ensured we had a seamless checkin and check out with clear instructions. Comfortable beds, spacious living area and fabulous outdoor area which included the tennis court where you’ll send more time than you think. Highly recommended by our group of 10.
