A clean well maintained and presented house with a lovely surrounding garden. Set in a quiet suburban area with great views of the Wither Hills and very close to walking trails. Comfortable beds and areas to relax in after days of sightseeing

The house and gardens were absolutely beautiful! Plenty of space for our large family group and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and immaculately maintained and it catered for all age groups including toddlers and teenagers. Our family had a wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous stay at Anakiwa 401. Shayne and Tanya are great hosts who have created a beautiful and restful place to stay. Right on the Sound to enjoy Kayaking, walking and enjoying nature. Highly recommend!!

Could’ve been better.

We had the most amazing week staying at this beautiful home. The home is very well setup and has everything you need and more for both adults and kids. The location is just stunning!! The communication with Narisa was excellent and everything was just as described. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.
