We absolutely loved our time at Michelle's house. It has everything you could need and more! We hardly needed to leave the house - there is so much to do there and so much space. It was also not only dog friendly, but set up for fur baby's, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. Michelle was a delight to deal with and we will definitely be back.

Great location and amenities for young families looking for a stepping stone to Hastings Street or Peregian Beach. PS One improvement option would be a private BBQ (Webber or something better than the pool area flat plate)

Perfect for a simple stay with direct beach access. You can see a little glimpse of the ocean from the upstairs deck. Super easy to stay in with everything you need.

Lovely new house with ocean glimpses from the deck. Air con in living room and efficient ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The owners had thoughtfully provided all essentials including sufficient toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, etc for our entire week-long stay. Very clean. Lovely little grassed backyard perfect for our dogs. We took our bikes and enjoyed easy access to the coastal bikeway. Thoroughly recommend staying at this property.

Hi Lachlan, Yes we did enjoy our stay in your house, it was most relaxing. Lovely spot and I must say the house is very well appointed, we lacked for nothing at all. We really did appreciate the tray of nibbles we found on arrival, a nice touch indeed. There are a couple of maintenance aspects that you would do well to address: 1. The control panel on the dishwasher is so badly worn that it is impossible to read, the indication is that the machine is locked for some reason, as shown by a padlock symbol on the screen. We were therefore unable to use the machine. This meant we had to hand wash all dishes throughout the stay for 4 people. Not amused. This is a major defect in a rental of this price range, most disappointing. 2. There is a loose tile in the ensuite shower base on the corner. It was loose when we arrived. 3. The keys are numerous and are not identified, with the single exception of the front door and garage controller. We were unable to lock any of the screen doors from the outside, ie leaving via the garage was not possible. It would have been preferable to have separated the various keys to individual rings and attached a clear label as to which door they apply to. I noted the request to clean the BBQ after use. I think you will in fact find it cleaner now than when we arrived. John had to scrape the Left Hand plate before using it and the grill needed carbon scraped off it. John, my husband, gave it a serious clean after our one use of it using the Selley's cleaner and elbow grease. Short of dismantling it I think it is as clean as it is possible to make it. Great machine by the way. In summary it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone. We hope to be able to come again in the new year. Kind Regards Diana Diana McBratney
