So serene, beautiful views, cosy home. It is a trek to get to this property for which you will be heartily rewarded but important for guests to be aware of. Lorraine provided great instructions and we found the property easily. Roads on Skye, including up the top end where the home is located have challenges - narrow one lane, many deep potholes etc. The home was well equipped, cosy, warm and comfortable. You would be advised to bring food supplies to enjoy eating at home and enjoying the absolute serenity. We had gorgeous lambs and sheep for company Communication with Lorraine was easy and excellent. We loved our stay here.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house had everything we needed, stunning views and good location to get to the walks and sites we wanted to see. Great for small children with a cot and high chair available, even a stair gate at the top of stairs was very helpful! Everything clean and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. We had 4 adults and a 1 and 2 year old. Loved the fireplace and having meals in the kitchen with the sheep out the window. We didn't even get round to eating in the dining room! The small supply of breakfast food was a lovely surprise. A home away from home. If it wasn't so far away from Australia I'd say we'd be back for sure. Eileen Isay was the perfect central location for us to explore Isle of Skye. Dunvegan Castle, Fairy Pools, prehistoric Brochs, hiking in the Cuillins and our favourite hike The Quiraing. Absolutely jaw dropping scenery and magic weather all week. The cottage was ideal for us, cosy, warm, very comfy bed and everything we needed. Every evening we sat by the bay window and watched the amazing sunsets, all of which made our Golden Anniversary a very memorable one. Thankyou Marion!
