The property was absolutely perfect - as was the location. Close to the vibrant High st and public transport.We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, well appointed recently renovated 2 bedroom, pet friend house with a nice court courtyard that lives up to the photos. Arthur at Boutique Stays was very good to deal with.

We arrived late evening, but instructions and access easy and clear. Property as advertised and in great location for beach walks. Excellent for public transport, quieter than expected though trams go by just below. Great selection of books and records made it seem like home.

We had an extremely comfortable stay at this property. Great location. Loads of space for everyone. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Beds were top notch. Beautifully built home with all conveniences. Very clean and a lovely modern European design. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 weeks and it was a great place to be. Very convenient with train and tram option close by, supermarket, cafe and restaurants just a stroll away. The place was clean and tidy. The host was super helpful and great with communication.
