Great spot in torquay.

Sand Chook is a lovely and comfortable property to stay in. And with pets allowed, even better. The house was well stocked with supplies. Communicating with Barbara was amazing as she was prompt in answering my questions and sounded very warm, friendly and gracious over the phone. The propertly is located in a friendly neighbourhood. So a win overall.Thank you Barbara amd Graeme for the lovely opportunity.

The property felt like home; it was well-decorated, with comfortable couches, a TV with all the apps, a secure backyard for our dog, and the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the location was very central to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

The house was in a great location central to everything we required. Amenities were great and had all we required.

The location was good for getting to and from our destination. The house is beautifully decorated and very neat. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Geelong.

Very clean and spacious property - perfect for a group of 5 or 6 with some water views and feels like a bit of an oasis! Communication with the property manager was nice and easy and they were very responsive. Instructions were very clear. It is a pet friendly property which is great, so it's secure, but no dog door. Short walk (even shorter drive) to Jan Juc beach and short drive to Torquay beach and town centre. Amazing stay - would 100% come back. Thanks for having us!

Five of us stayed recently at Mia's Place and it was absolutely brilliant - perfect location for where we needed to be, beautiful home, lovely bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen/living area. Big couch for everyone to sit on. There is one bathroom plus a separate powder room so that was great. There is off street parking plus plenty of on street parking. We got an uber into town which was about 11. Highly recommend.

Great property - close to Jan Jun village - beautiful walks to lookouts - short drive to beach - wonderful stay we will be back!
