You will appreciate the stylish contemporary interiors at Emu Nest, located in a peaceful pocket of East Geelong.

The home boasts fresh white interiors with 3 bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queen Beds), 2 modern bathrooms, a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining & living area with a gas log fire. The well-appointed kitchen features all the mod-cons including a coffee machine.

Additional home features include split system heating and cooling, ceiling fans and modern laundry.

Outside, enjoy a BBQ in the sunshine & watch the kids and dog play from the undercover north facing sun deck which overlooks the private and secure lawn area.

There is rear access to an oversized double garage with easy parking & an EV charger.

The Neighborhood:

East Geelong is a quieter residential area with large public open spaces and quick access to the city centre.



The enormous Eastern Park runs down to the waterfront and is home to Geelong's historic Botanic Gardens. The park also has the nine-hole East Geelong Golf Club,



Nearby Garden Street has plenty of cafes, bakeries and independent shops . For some great dining make sure to visit Little Creatures Brewery or the Elephant and Castle Hotel.



Getting Around:

Only a 5-min drive to Geelong CBD and 30 minutes drive to the Bellarine Peninsula or the Surf Coast.

We are available to assist when required, however between 9pm - 7am messages will be monitored less frequently.

This property is pet friendly. Pets are only allowed with formal approval & a pet fee may apply. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use.
