This place is the best! It's in a beautiful part of Rye, close to the back beach - so gorgeous in winter! We were blessed with wonderful weather and enjoyed walks, mini golf and spa sessions in the back yard, and movies in the indoor theatre! Colleen is a fabulous host and made all arrangements so easy for us. The house easily accommodated us all (10 adults & 3 children) with numerous big gathering areas and we wanted for nothing! We loved our stay here - thank you Colleen!

We had enjoyed our stay The Beach Cottage in Rye. The house is relaxing,cozy, close to the shops and Hot Springs.The kitchen have everything you need for cooking y BBQ. We really recomend this beautiful and cozy house. The comunication with the Peachy Properties was excellent. Thank you Peachy Properties team. Yes,I will book again.

Our group of 6 friends loved our stay. There was enough space to not feel overcrowded but maintained a cosy feel. The outlook is instantly peaceful and the cottage itself is beautiful. Everything you need is here

The accomodation is comfortable, we had everything we needed, it is quiet and just a short walk from the main drag. We will definitely be back next year for the next Singing by the Sea.

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

The house was as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for two couples. Our host, Chris, made sure everything went smoothly. The reverse cycle air con heated the living area easily and we enjoyed sitting by the fire. The yard is secure and practical for a dog. The location is very convenient to the beach, where there's a great foreshore path. Thanks Chris, for your attention to detail.

The property was very clean and modern with everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. It was also a bonus we could bring our dog.
