Royalla rentals with pool

Was clean and well presented. Property owner communicated all information prior to visit. Check in and out process was easy and the property had all amenities to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely book again

Perfect location whilst in Canberra. Close to Canberra attractions and accommodating host.

The accommodation was impeccably clean and provided with all you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed there with my two young children and I was very happy with overall condition of the rooms. It was very spacious with a separate dinning and small kitchenette. The service we received from Norm was great. He was very hospitable and friendly. We would definitely go there again when we are in Canberra. The location was also great with several restaurants and bars around. It was great stay!

We loved the funk factor of this warehouse apartment. It was great being near the Kingston Foreshore and all it has to offer. The apartment was conveniently located for easy access to all that we explored in Canberra. We will definitely be back in warmer weather! We'd love to stay again on our next visit. We would only recommend adjustment to the water temperature to make the shower hotter and plusher towels!

Ilia was a very accomodating host and made the check in/out very simple. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Canberra.

The unit was clean and very modern. We loved the pools and spa. Th e only downside is that we had to pick up the key 2 kms from the unit. I had no reception and could not click on the button that gave me the actual location of the lockbox to get the key. It wasted 45 minutes of our day. We had to get in touch with the owner via a person livigg nt at the location to find out where to get the key from.

The communication and check in process was great. The apartment felt like it was a friends home, very warm and inviting. The apartment even lots of little essentials which meant we didnt have to go off to the shop straight away. We also felt that our little dog was welcome too.
