Great place to stay. Outside the tourist area where one can have peace and quiet yet it’s not too far from town.

Sadly my husband and I were not able to join our adult children for our family holiday. But so glad our children continued on and had a wonderful time with their partners. The host was incredibly understanding and regularly communicated. We plan to go next year!

Luisa and Rubens were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the train on arrival and checking us in to their apartment. Communication was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful at all times, it was like staying with friends. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre, accessible to public transport and walkable within the old city. There are supermarkets, cafes and lovely restaurants very close by. Perugia is a very lovely city. We stayed for eight weeks and loved it.
