Flemington rentals with pool

Martins apartment was perfect for our stay while attending an exhibition at the Showgrounds. Easy walk to Showgrounds, restaurants, shops, river trails. Communication was always prompt - apartment was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and amazingly well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Property as described, nice to have little things like tea and coffee available. Mike also met us at 1am after a flight delay to handover the key which was very kind. Access to pool and gym a great bonus! Excellent price point, would definitely stay again!

Nothing major to fault this hotel. Beautifully decorated and adequately equipped. Way above other serviced apartments we've been in. 22 storeys high but hotel on the first two floors. The rest is just residential. So nice that we're applying to lease one of the apartments upstairs. Minor cons: whistling sound when you close the front door and the balcony. Easily fixed by leaving the balcony a crack open. A tea towel or two and some foil paper would be nice. Can be very noisy out on the balcony due to traffic
