Very central to all transport. I was greeted at the door and felt very welcomed. Greeted above and beyond with French stick bread , croissants , jams and provisions that would last for my stay for bewakfast s , very cozy and loved all bathroom the ammentaties supplied also. A very comfortable stay 🙂👍

This apartment is in a fabulous location close to the Pompidou Centre and in The Marais/Beaubourg district of Paris about a 10 minute stroll to the Paris Hotel de Ville. There is a Metro station (Rambuteau) very close, as well as a food store with all the provisions you could want, a pharmacy and lots of specialty shops for bread, wine, cheeses, patisserie, charcuterie, and lots of restaurants and eateries. This is an exciting and lively part of Paris. The apartment is clean, has all the conveniences you need and is ideal for a couple. It is quite small and compact, but comfortable and the two large opening windows overlooking the street let in lots of natural light and air. It is romantic in a snug, bohemian sort of way. We are a couple in our early 70’s but active and we found this very much to our liking for nine nights. However the apartment is on the fourth floor, which people with mobility issues could find challenging, although there is an elevator once you get yourself and your bags to the first floor (a tiny elevator for 2 people or one person with luggage). One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Louis, who is extremely helpful. He met us there and showed us how everything worked, then walked us around the local streets showing us where things were and made excellent recommendations for where to buy food, restaurants, where the taxi rank was, etc. - worth the fee he asks for meeting you and showing you around. We had such a wonderful stay here for five nights. The location is excellent, right next to Bastille. The apartment itself is homely, relaxing, beautifully appointed, and has lovely views. Check in and communication with host were easy and straight forward. Thank you so much Jeanne.

I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm. The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away Altogether a very good experience.

We took our nine-year-old daughter to Paris for three weeks and this was the perfect apartment for us. The location was excellent and close to the major transport hub of Chatelet/Les Halles if we wanted the metro. Otherwise all the attractions were an easy walk (including the Louvre, Latin Quarter and Les Marais). The apartment was immaculate with excellent facilities — we could cook meals and wash our clothes. We had an enjoyable and happy stay here and would highly recommend this apartment.

Our hosts were very welcoming even though we were a bit late. The apartment is lovely and was well stocked. The location was perfect. The Kids were disappointed that the WiFi didn't extend to their bedroom- but then we were mostly busy exploring, eating or sleeping!

A great time was had by all! With an age range from 4 years to 66 this was prefect choice of a quirky house in a perfect position. Plenty of room for all and the pool was a big hit. Also great for two families. We had three days in Disney and easily filled in the rest of our week's stay with visits to the nearby village; swimming in the lake close by and a visit to a fabulous chateau, just 40 mins away. Just a 10 minute drive to Disney you could not choose a more perfect position. The hosts were very helpful but not at all intrusive. A five star rating
