Very comfortable and well equipped unit. Plenty of common spaces for multiple activities. Not far to the beach. A good walk to the flags.

Great ground floor unit with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Good patio area which is fenced and great for small kids. Close to pool, and spa across the road which are heated which was ideal for winter school holidays. Can walk into town in 20 minutes along the beach. Otherwise you do have to drive . Had all the items needed in the kitchen. Host Richard was great to communicate . Would happily stay again

We planned for 5 people to stay and circumstances changed. The property is definitely designed for our family group and will definitely look to book again. The location and amenities were 5 star.

We’ve just had a great stay at Agnes Water in this Sunset Drive property. The house was beautifully presented and worked really well for our family of 6. Great kitchen with huge pantry, the pool/outside area was awesome, 2 tv areas (one for adults, one for kids) and we really appreciated the ducted air conditioning throughout the house on those hot days. It was a short walk to the beach, and only took 15 minutes to walk down to the patrolled beach. There is a bike path to ride either into Agnes or 1770. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, it was the perfect location in between Agnes Waters and 1770. It was a nice and quiet location and the beach was only a short walk from the property. The plunge pool was an amazing way to cool off after our daily hikes. Can’t wait to book again next visit.

This property was well located with a short walk to the beach and was very quiet with plenty of room. Lovely views from the veranda. Wonderful to have ensuites for three bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The main kitchen, main bedroom and main lounge are located upstairs and overall there are three good sized fridges and a wine cooler.
